She rests for she knows that her energy is a precious resource, is sacred, and is hers to honor. She replenishes and nurtures her body, mind, and spirit allowing herself space for tranquil rest and regeneration. She allows herself to be nurtured by the Divine feminine, to feel safe, and to rest in the heart of spiritual contentment. When rested, she regains clarity and the creative power to move forward on her path with her Divine essence of unconditional love. She in her sacred form defies convention and lives from the heart with passion. She is universal wisdom, courage and eternal optimism on her human journey.
