There are moments in our lives when we question are we ever going to do enough, be enough, be successful enough, and/or achieve our dreams.
Sometimes life can make us feel constantly dissatisfied no matter what we accomplish. One of the reasons that this is an issue, is because sometimes we keep raising the bar on what success means and setting expectations that are extremely hard to meet.
We only progress when we stop subconsciously pushing the bar that keeps us stuck in judgement, instead of being in gratitude for what we have accomplished. The ego would have us believe that progression is something we’re never going to accomplish, and we are constantly failing unless we meet our extreme standards for success.
Setting the bar too high and manifesting our desired outcomes are two different perceptions, one based in fear, the other in creativity. When we excessively challenge ourselves and set expectations too high, that can lead to overwhelm and shut down. Also, we can often be much harder on ourselves than we are on others, where we are willing to offer grace to those outside of ourselves, but do not recognize that we deserve the same.
Expectations can lead to feeling like a failure, and we will always be disappointed in the outcome. The ego will question “will you ever accomplished enough?” To overcome this doubt, we have to acknowledge what we have accomplished, give ourselves grace, and trust that in the moment we are right where we are meant to be, which I call “spiritually on task.”
When we shift our perspective from expectations to manifesting, we are inspired to focus on gratitude and positive thinking as we visualize and trust that our desired outcomes are coming to fruition in “Divine timing.” Intuitive manifestation is about tuning into your inner wisdom, aligning your energy to your desired outcome, and allowing your intuition to guide you toward the best course of action. By doing this, you let go, surrender, and allow the Universe to work its magic on your behalf, creating something better than your expectations could ever imagine.
